It is ORDERED that the Superin tendent of Eastern Correctional Facility be added as a defendant to this action for the sole purpose of permitting service and discovery. It is ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court issue a summons and forward it, along with a copy of Plaintiff 039;s Amended Complaint, to the United States Marshal for service upon the Superintendent of Eastern Correctional Facility.
