ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the terms of the January 11, 2017 Order, the January 27, 2017 Order, or the filing fee requirements for District Court. The Clerk shall close this case. ORDERED that Plaintiff shall, within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of the date of this Order, show cause, in writing, why he should not be enjoined from filing any document or pleading as a pro se plaintiff in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York without prior leave of the Chief Judge or his or her designee (except documents or pleadings in a case that is open at the time of the issuance of the Courts Pre-Filing Order, until that case is closed). ORDERED that, if Plaintiff does not fully comply with this Order to Show Cause, the Court will issue a subsequent order, without further explanation, permanentl y enjoining Plaintiff from filing a pleading or document of any kind in any case in this District as a pro se plaintiff without leave of the Chief Judge or his or her designee.
