Filing 7 TEXT ORDER: By Order of this Court dated August 24, 2018, this case was administratively closed due to plaintiff's failure to comply with the filing fee requirements; plaintiff was afforded thirty (30) days in which to either (1) pay the full filing fee of $400.00 or (2) submit a completed, signed, and properly certified in forma pauperis ("IFP") application if he wished to pursue this action.
