Filing 7 TRANSFER ORDER: Plaintiff alleges Ulster Correctional Facility and Marcy Correction Facility did not provide him with necessary physical therapy and medication for a spinal injury that occurred prior to his incarceration. The Court consolidates the Complaints solely for the purpose of this Transfer Order. Accordingly, the Court directs the Clerk of Court to transfer these actions to the Northern District of New York. 28 U.S.C. 1406(a). The Court offers no opinion on the merits of the actions and declines to decide Plaintiff's pending IFP applications, which are reserved for the transferee court. The Court waives the provision of Local Rule 83.1, which requires a seven-day stay. No summons shall issue from this Court. The Clerk of Court is directed to close these cases.
