Filing 7 TEXT ORDER: The Court received a letter (Dkt. No. #6 ) from plaintiff on or about April 20, 2020, "seeking clarification" of the Court's Order dated April 13, 2020 (Dkt. No. 5 ("April Order")), which closed the action in light of plaintiff's failure to submit a completed and signed application to proceed in the action in forma pauperis or the full filing fee for commencing an action in this District. The Court's April Order provided plaintiff explicit instructions for complying with the filing fee requirements if he wished to pursue this action. See April Order at 4. For that reason, plaintiff's request for clarification is DENIED, and the Court will not restate those instructions in this Order. Out of special solicitude to plaintiff's pro se status, however, the Clerk is respectfully directed to serve on plaintiff a courtesy copy of the April Order, as well as a blank IFP application and inmate authorization form. Authorized by Senior Judge Thomas J. McAvoy on 4/20/2020. {text order and referenced documents served via regular mail on plaintiff}(nas) |
