No. 19, the Court notes the existence of factual disputes pertaining to the safety protocols at Adirondack Correctional Facility. See, e.g., Dkt. January 12, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 9 TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction, which Plaintiffs brought via application for an order to show cause. Dkt. Nos. 8-1 ("Motion"); 8-2 ("Livengood Affidavit"). The Court has reviewed the Livengood Affidavit and finds that it "clearly and specifically show[s] good and sufficient cause why the standard Notice of Motion procedure cannot be used."
