April 26, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 13 TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of plaintiff's complaint and supporting papers (Dkt. Nos. #1 , #9 ), application to proceed in the action in forma pauperis (Dkt. Nos. #3 - #4 ), motion to appoint counsel and supporting papers (Dkt. Nos. #7 - #8 , #10 - #11 ), and motion for a temporary restraining order (Dkt. No. #11 ). Those filings will be reviewed by the Court and decisions will be issued in due course. In the meantime, plaintiff is ORDERED to comply with Local Rule 10.1 of this Court in any future filings. That rule provides, in relevant part, that "[a]ll pleadings, motions, and other documents that a party presents for filing, whether in paper form or electronic form, shall meet the following requirements... (2) all documents must have one-inch margins on all four sides of the page." N.D.N.Y. L.R. 10.1(a)(2). Until now, all of plaintiff's filings have not complied with this rule, which has created significant difficulties for the Court and Clerk's Office in filing his documents and has hindered the Court's ability to adequately review plaintiff's filings. Any future failure to comply with this rule may result in the filing being stricken from the record. Authorized by Senior Judge Thomas J. McAvoy on April 26, 2021.
