Filing 13 DECISION AND ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED, that Plaintiff's IFP application (Dkt. No. #9 ) is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED, that Plaintiff must, within 30 days of the filing date of this Decision and Order, (1) pay the $402.00 filing fee in full; or (2) submit a completed, signed, and certified IFP application; or (3) submit a completed and signed IFP application along with certified copies of his inmate account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of his Complaint; and it is further ORDERED, that, in the event Plaintiff fails to timely comply with the filing fee requirements set forth in this Decision and Order, this action will be dismissed without prejudice without further Order of this Court and the Clerk shall close the case; and it is further ORDERED, that, upon Plaintiff's compliance with this Decision and Order, the file shall be returned to the Court for further review; and it is further ORDERED, that the Clerk shall serve a copy of this Decision and Order on Plaintiff, along with a blank IFP application. Filing 8 TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's two recent letters. Dkt. Nos. #6 , #7 . Plaintiff has included several questions and requests in his letters, many of which seek legal assistance from the Court. The Court, however, cannot, and will not, provide legal assistance to any party to an action. Furthermore, this action is closed pursuant to an Order issued on October 1, 2021, denying the Plaintiff's application to proceed in the action in forma pauperis ("IFP") as incomplete. See Dkt. No. #5 ("October Order"). Plaintiff's #6 letter indicates that he is currently attempting to pay the filing fee in this action and requests an extension of the deadline to comply with the October Order. That request is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall comply with the directives set forth in the October Order by November 30, 2021. The Clerk is respectfully directed to provide courtesy copies of the October Order, docket sheet, and blank IFP form to Plaintiff, along with a copy of this Order.
