February 3, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 TEXT ORDER RE #5 : Plaintiff's request for a tablet from the Northern District of New York Court is denied. If he is seeking electronic devices, he should contact the appropriate officials at his current location. In light of Plaintiff's pro se status and the fact that he has apparently been transferred to a new facility, the Court is sua sponte granting him an extension of the deadline to comply with the January 18, 2022 Order until March 21, 2022. The Clerk shall provide Plaintiff with a copy of the docket sheet, a copy of the January Order (Dkt. No. 4), a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis, and a change-of-address form. These documents and this Text Order shall be served on Plaintiff both at the address on file with the Court (Marcy Correctional Facility) and at Auburn Correctional Facility. Plaintiff is advised that, going forward, pursuant to the Local Rules of Practice for this Court, he is required to update his address with the Court and all parties in writing. See N.D.N.Y.
