ORDERED that plaintiff's First Amendment free exercise claims and Eighth Amendment excessive force and failure-to-intervene claims against the John Doe Extraction Team Officials SURVIVE sua sponte review. ORDERED that the New York State Attorney General's Office is hereby requested, to the extent possible, to produce the information specified above regarding the identities of the John Doe Extraction Team Officials within thirty (30) days of the filing date of this Decision and Order.
