August 29, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 12 TEXT ORDER RE #11 : The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's submission, in which Petitioner indicated her intention to have the submission filed in the instant action. Dkt. No. 11 at 9 ("Just in case if its the wrong motion 9 23-CV-822."). The contents of the filing are identical to those asserted in her initial petition which was dismissed by the undersigned in a Decision and Order, dated August 21, 2023, because petitioner sought relief for a right which she does not have and a remedy which this Court cannot provide. Dkt. No. 9. This submission appears to have crossed in the mail with that Decision and Order. After reviewing the submission, the Court has determined that it does not impact the conclusion of the August Decision and Order because petitioner still seeks relief that the Court is incapable of providing. Further, because the instant action is closed, Petitioner is warned that the Court will not entertain any further submissions filed in it. The Clerk is directed to provide Petitioner with an updated copy of the docket sheet for this action. Authorized by Chief Judge Brenda K.
