Filing 8 TEXT ORDER: Upon review of the complaint, Dkt. No. #1 ("Complaint"), it appears that one or more pages is missing as the pleading does not include any specific allegations of wrongdoing by any state official. Moreover, the "STATEMENT OF FACTS" section of the form complaint references "attached additional sheets." However, no such "sheets" were received with Plaintiff's Complaint. Accordingly, the Clerk is directed to send Plaintiffat his address of record and the address identified in public records as his current addressa copy of the Complaint as it appears on the docket. Plaintiff is directed to review the document and return it to the Court, along with any missing pages, which he may recreate as necessary. The Court will delay its review of the Complaint, in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(e) and 1915A(b), for thirty (30) days to afford Plaintiff sufficient time to comply with this directive. If Plaintiff submits an updated pleading, the Clerk is directed to docket it in place of the current Complaint and return this case to the Court for further review. In the event Plaintiff fails to submit an updated pleading within thirty (30) days, the Court will review the current version of the Complaint for sufficiency in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(e) and 1915A(b).
