Filing 35 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 27 MOTION for Summary Judgment, filed by Delta Airlines, Inc. and De La Cruz. For the reasons set forth on this Memorandum Opinion and Order, the defendant's motion for summary judgment is granted. The plaintif f's motion to compel or for sanctions is denied. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against Delta, in the amount of $650 plus interest at the rate of 9% from 10/24/2009, and otherwise dismissing the complaint.
