Filing 37 OPINION AND ORDER: #99159 Because (1) the NLRB General Counsel's decision to dismiss Linden's unfair labor practice charge is unreviewable, (2) the arbitrator has absolute immunity for alleged infirmities in the arbitration process, and (3) plaintiff has failed to state a hybird claim against the Union and the Sharing Community, this Court grants defendants' motions to dismiss the petition. So Ordered (Signed by Judge Sidney H. Stein on 7/7/2010) (js) Modified on 7/8/2010 (ajc). |
