This 12th day of December, 2014, upon consideration of the parties' Joint Motion for Preliminary Class and Collective Action Settlement Approval and no opposition having been filed the Court hereby grants the Motion and ORDERS as follows: The Parties' Stipulation of Settlement is preliminarily approved as fair, reasonable and adequate; For settlement purposes only, the following collective action is conditionally certified pursuant to 29 U.S.C. 2l6(b), pending final approval of the settlement: all current and former employees in the United States who have worked for Defendants as a Home Lending Specialist at any time between March 1, 2011, and September 15, 2013 (collectively "HLSs"), including all HLSs who have opted into this Action and/or asserted any claims against Defendants in arbitration, as set forth within. The Court will conduct a Final Approval Hearing on June 10, 2015, at 12 p.m. to determine the overall fairness of the settlement and to fix the amount of attorneys' fees and costs to Class Counsel and Enhancement Payments to the Class Representatives.
