Plaintiffs retired NFL football players sued Defendants National Football League and NFL Properties LLC, alleging that Defendants suppressed and obscured the truth about the long-term effect of concussions suffered while practicing and playing football for the NFL, and defendant's efforts to obscure the truth about the cause, treatment and consequences of football-related concussions caused players who suffered concussions to be misdiagnosed, to not receive proper treatment, and to continue practicing and playing with these severe injuries.
