February 18, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 17 MEMORANDUM ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) is granted as to each of Plaintiff's claims.
