MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons described above, Mr. Guerrero's motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his conviction and/or sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DENIED in its entirety without a hearing. The Cle rk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending in Case No. 1:07-cr-00248-GHW at Dkt. No. 183 and to close Case No. 1:15-cv-07282-GHW.
