OPINION AND ORDER: Metro-North raises multiple issues in its post-trial motion. It has presented no evidence from the record to support any of the bases set forth in the motion. The motion is DENIED in its entirety. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that judgme nt be entered for Plaintiff Ricardo Martinez, and against Defendant Metro-North Commuter Railroad Company, in the amount of $510,000.
