ORDER AND OPINION GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT re: 37 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Mike Conway, Walgreen Co., Duane Reade Inc., Michael Geyer. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' mot ion for summary judgment is granted. Oral argument currently scheduled for August 14, 2018 is cancelled. The Clerk shall terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 37), grant judgment in Defendants' favor, dismissing the complaint, with costs to be taxed by the Clerk. The Clerk shall mark the case closed. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Alvin K.
