OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the Court approves the parties' settlement agreement. Plaintiff's counsel will receive $1,666.66 of the settlement amount, and the remaining $3,333.34 will go to Plaintiff. The Court dismisses the Complaint with prejudice in accordance with the settlement agreement. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close this case. SO ORDERED.
