Filing 60 OPINION & ORDER re: 34 JOINT MOTION to Dismiss: For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part. The Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Causes of Action against Defendants Brandi and Bri ganti are dismissed. The Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Causes of Action against all Defendants are dismissed. The Eighth Cause of Action against Defendant Payne is dismissed.
