OPINION AND ORDER. Plaintiff had three years in which to challenge his expulsion from the Union and failed to do so. He cannot do so now. Because I find that Plaintiff's claims are time-barred, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRA NTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case and mail a copy of this Opinion and Order to the pro se Plaintiff.
