ORDER CONSOLIDATING CASES AND TO SHOW CAUSE UNDER 28 U.S.C. 1651 WHY FILING RESTRICTIONS SHOULD NOT BE IMPOSED: The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff and note service on the docket.
