Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Lewis J. Liman: Initial Pretrial Conference held on 3/9/2023 by Telephone Conference. Matthew Blit present by telephone for Plaintiff. Aaron Barham present by telephone for Defendants. Plaintiff to file its second amended complaint that addresses personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction by March 17, 2023. Parties to meet and confer about discovery, and submit by March 17, 2023, a proposed case management plan. Deadlines for depositions, close of fact discovery, expert discovery, and completion of all discovery are to be put off until after decision on the motion to dismiss. Deadlines for initial disclosures, document discovery, and interrogatories are to follow the Court's default rules. Defendants are relieved from responding to the current amended complaint, pending the filing of a second amended complaint. Furthermore, counsel is to send a letter to the Court indicating when the motion to dismiss will be filed. Parties are to meet and confer with respect to a briefing schedule on the motion to dismiss and submit a letter to the Court with the agreed upon schedule. (mf)
