December 17, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 62 OPINION AND ORDER: Petitioner's Motion to vacate the Court's Order is dismissed in its entirety. Because Petitioner has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not iss ue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2); Lucidore v. N.Y. State Div. of Parole, 209 F.3d 107, 11113 (2d Cir. 2000). The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith, see Cop pedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 44445 (1962). However, the Court apologizes to Mr. Wright for mistakenly omitting to rule on his Discovery Motion.
