OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court denies the United States' Motion for Summary Judgment as to Plaintiff's negligence claim, grants the Motion with respect to excluding Dr. Klein's expert testimony, and grants th e Motion as to the Failure to Protect Claim. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending Motion. (Dkt. No. 66.) The Court will hold a Status Conference on March 7, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. SO ORDERED.
