The March 1, 2018, County Defendants' motion to dismiss on behalf of Falco, Anderson, Skariah, Schiavone, Bajwa, Lissama Thomas, Lovelin, Nayaudupalli, Shaji, Petranker, Pillai, Jacob, and Jess y Thomas is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. (Doc. #85). The April 16, 2018, County Defendant Philip's motion to dimiss is GRANTED. (Doc. #134). The April 20, 2018, Contractor Defendant George's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. (Doc. #139). The July 17, 2018, County Defendants' motion to dismiss on behalf of Daniel, Germain, Mahabir, Stephen, Sokolohorsky, Ninan, Richards, Anim, Poulouse, Wilda-Stinfort, Zachariah, and Shinder is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. (Doc. #175). Th e only remaining claim is the claim for deliberate indifference to plaintiff's serious medical need (i.e., his hearing loss) against defendants Dr. Zachariah, Dr. Shinder, Nurse Administrator Petranker, and N.P. Handler. These defendants shall f ile answers by December 26, 2018. The Clerk is directed to terminate the pending motions (Docs. ##83, 85, 134, 139 and 175). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good fait h, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
