JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the court GRANTS defendants' motion to dismiss [D.E. 10]. The court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction over plaintiff's ADA harassment claim, and plaintiff's failure to accommodate cl aim is not actionable.
