ORDER REASSIGNING/REDESINATING CASE. The clerk inadvertently opened this action as a civil action, in violation of the April 4, 2002 prefiling injunction issued by the Court. Accordingly, at the direction of the Court, and for the continued efficient administration of justice, the above-captioned case is redesignated as a miscellaneous case. Case reassigned to District Judge Terrence W. Boyle for all further proceedings. District Judge Louise Wood Flanagan no longer assigned to case.
