ORDER granting 20 Motion for Reconsideration. The courts 25 February 2010 judgment (DE# 19 ) is VACATED and its order is AMENDED to delete the direction to the clerk to remand the case. Plaintiffs claims for wrongful termination in violation of pub lic policy under § 1981 and for negligent supervision are DISMISSED.
