The amended complaint also dictates that defendants' motions to dismiss plaintiffs original complaint (DE ## 19, 23,27 be DENIED AS MOOT. Defendants Aldridge and McClain shall have twenty-one (21)days from date of entry of this order to file anticipated motions to dismiss the amended complaint. Finally, defendant Rader's unopposed motion to stay (DE # 32) is GRANTED, and all initial discovery proceedings are STAYED in this matter pending resolution of the anticipated motions to dismiss the amended complaint.
