ORDER granting in part and denying in part 5 Motion to Dismiss - Defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's Title VII sex discrimination and wrongful discharge claims against defendant Leith is DENIED. On these claims, together with plaint iff's retaliation claim, the case will proceed. Defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's claim for negligent hiring, retention, and supervision against defendant Leith, plaintiff s claim for NIED against all defendants, and plaintiffs claim for IIED against all defendants, is GRANTED.
