IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, in accordance with the parties' joint stipulati on of dismissal, that any remaining claims and counterclaims asserted in this action, including plaintiff's requests for specific performance and/or damages, are dismissed with prejudice.
