JUDGMENT - IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that for the reasons stated in the court's order entered September 5, 2017, that defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part, and plai ntiff's fifth claim for relief for breach of contract is dismissed.
