Filing 83 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 57 , 76 and 78 Motions to Dismiss. Spirax Sarco Engineering, PLC's claim for tortious inteference is DISMISSED, as are Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Benjamin Lewis and Michelle Lewis in their individual capacity for unfair and deceptive trade practices, conversion, violation of trade secrets act. Defendants may renew their motion to dismiss within thirty days as to the breach of loyalty claim, provided they address the proper ch oice of law for the claim. All the Defendants' counterclaims for abuse of process and tortious interference are DISMISSED. Defendant Johnson's counterclaim for actual damages arising from trespass is DISMISSED.
