ORDER - The court orders Ridges to file a notice with the court explaining whether she is suing in her personal capacity, on behalf of Timely Transportation, or both. Ridges must file this notice no later than 45 days after the filing of this order. A licensed attorney must enter a notice of appearance on Timely Transportation's behalf no later than 45 days from the filing of this order. If an attorney does not appear on Timely Transportation's behalf by this deadline, the undersigned will recommend that the court dismiss Timely Transportation's claims without prejudice.
