The Fidelity Bank is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $62,088.00 of funds held in accounts owned by Unique Food Company, Inc. to Farmer's Friend, Inc. forthwith. 2. Upon Fidelity Bank's transfer of $62,088.00 to Farmer's Friend, Inc. the Temporary Restraining Order entered in this case on September 28, 2018 [D.E. #9] shall be immediately dissolved. 3. This action is dismissed, without prejudice, as to all parties and all claims. The Court shall retain jurisdiction over this matter to enforce the provisions of this order.
