TEXT ORDER transferring this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. s 1406(a). Upon initial screening of this action, as required by 28 U.S.C. s 1915(e)(2), the Court noted apparent improper venue under 28 U.S.C. s 1391 and (via Text Order dated 11/18/2019) directed Plaintiff to show cause why the Court should not transfer the case to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, an apparent proper venue. Plaintiff thereafter filed #4 Motion to Show Cause, which (upon review) does not set forth grounds that establish proper venue in this Court or that counsel against transfer to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. Accordingly, the Clerk shall transfer this action to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, where proper merits-based screening under Section 1915(e)(2) may occur.
