TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff's filings show repeated failure to adhere to this district's Electronic Case Filing Administrative Policies and Procedures. Several notices of deficiency have been issued regarding improper format of pleadings, deficiency in filing completed forms, and deficiency with regard to the financial disclosure statement. This case is commanding excessive time and attention of the case manager because of counsel's failure to follow electronic policies and procedures, as well the court's local civil rules. Counsel for plaintiff is ordered now to review all applicable policies, procedures, and rules and to adhere to them going forward in this case as well as future filings. If there is issue regarding any future electronic case filing, you will contact the case manager before you attempt the filing.
