TEXT ORDER - This matter comes before the court on plaintiff's status report indicating that the special process server appointed by this courts September 28, 2023, order forecasts that service on defendant, an entity located in Mexico, will take about 6-8 months. DE #7 . Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) does not impose a time limit for "service in a foreign country," however, plaintiff is directed to file a status report indicating progress made toward appropriate service of process 90 days from the date of this order, or once service has been effected, whichever is earlier.
