IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the defendants McMahon, Adams and New Hanover Countys motion for summary judgment are GRANTED and defendants Correct Care Solutions, LLC, Burnette, and Pences motion for summary judgment is GRANTED.
