February 3, 2022 Opinion or Order TEXT ORDER - This matter, recently removed from Robeson County, North Carolina, comes before the court in furtherance of its case scheduling and management. Pursuant to notice sent January 7, 2022, plaintiff's counsel, Eric Carter, was directed to file either a notice of appearance, a notice of substitution of counsel, or a motion to withdraw pursuant to Local Civil Rule 5.3 by January 21, 2022.
