MEMORANDUM OPINION AND RECOMMENDATION - MAGISTRATE JUDGE signed by MAG/JUDGE WALLACE W. DIXON on 03/11/2011. For the foregoing reasons as set out, the decision of the Commissioner is supported by substantial evidence, and the correct legal principles were applied. Therefore, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Commissioners decision finding no disability be AFFIRMED.
