Bradley's Objection to Amended Com plaint and Motion to Stay Proceedings Pursuant to Federal Rules 12(b)(7) and 19 (Doc. 12 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. 4. Bradley's motion to stay the time to file answer (Doc. 17 ) is GRANTED and shall extend until twenty (20) days after the lifting of the stay imposed by this Order. 5. The parties are directed to file joint, written status reports concerning the progress of the state-court case every two months, beginning October 1, 2012. (Sheets, Jamie)
