MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re 14 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons stated, the court finds that Plaintiffs have not established standing in this case and the complaint must be dismissed pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1). Macy's request for attor ney fees is denied. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Macy's motion to dismiss the complaint (Doc. 14 ) is GRANTED and that its related request for attorneys' fees is DENIED.
