FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's Motion f or Entry of Default [Doc. # 53 ] be denied. FURTHER RECOMMENDED that Plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment [Doc. # 50 ] be denied. ORDERED that discovery is extended to May 29, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to set this matter on a trial calendar based on that deadline for the close of discovery. (Garland, Leah)
