Filing 209 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by JUDGE THOMAS D. SCHROEDER on 2/21/2017; that Plaintiffs' motion to supplement the record (Doc. 206 ) is GRANTED IN PART as to Exhibit A (Doc. 206-1) as noted herein, that Plaintiffs' motion to recons ider equitable remedies (Doc. 191 ) is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART, and the Town is DIRECTED to reinstate Donathan to his former position as MPD lieutenant as soon as a position becomes available. Once the Town reinstates Donathan, its obliga tion to pay any prorated unpaid front pay awarded herein shall terminate. FURTHER that the Fund's motion to intervene (Doc. 195 ) is GRANTED, and the court concludes that insurance coverage under the Fund's policy for judgment as to Plaintiffs' wrongful discharge claim against the Town under State law (second claim for relief) is limited to a total of $1 million for the combined Plaintiffs' claims.
