FURTHER that the case is DISMISSED WITHOU T PREJUDICE as to Defendant Chris Moran, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), because Plaintiff has failed to serve Defendant Moran and any attempts to serve Defendant Moran would be futile based on the reasons outlined in this Memorandum Opinion and Order. A judgment consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order will be entered contemporaneously herewith.(Taylor, Abby) |
