MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER SIGNED BY MAGISTRATE JUDGE L. PATRICK AULD, on 12/31/2015. IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment 35 is GRANTED. FURTHER that a judgment shall be entered in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant for federal income taxes in the amount of $1,222,886.61, as of September 14, 2015, plus interest after that date until paid in full. FURTHER that Plaintiff has valid and subsisting federal tax liens against the Gold Hill Road Properties. FURTHER that Plaintiff may foreclose on the Gold Hill Road Properties, and may sell them in accordance with the Order of Sale entered contemporaneously herewith. (Coyne, Michelle)
